-Improved plugin system (added hook function to extend its functionality).

This will add jQuery javascript library just before closing head tag.

Bug in Administration. No show Dashboard -> Configuration or Name -> Profile or Go to OS
I click on my nick in Administration and repeat login -.-. And the log is shown all the time around.
